As a floating communal housing project, the project responds to the rising sea levels by incorporating design elements that are mindful of the surrounding marine environment. The main focus is on sustainability, primarily by limiting the source of materials from salvaged waste acquired within a 10-mile radius. The customized built-in furniture enhances the aesthetic appeal and optimizes the limited space, creating a welcoming and versatile environment. This tailored approach ensures that the communal space meets diverse community needs on the water while maintaining a professional standard of design innovation and environmental responsibility.
