VIEWING GLASS

VIEWING GLASS envisions the residential home as an interplay between the interior spaces using different opacities of glass. With the home having multiple users of different age groups residing in the house with various occupations, it caters to each individual’s interests by providing multiple programmatic zones for each user. However, the space is penetrated by boundaries that give each user a unique interaction with the space through multiple viewing levels and privacy levels that would be experienced differently. The different use of glass is used for the purpose of viewing and blocking vision, creating effects that depend on the lighting of the space and the opacity of the material.
